| 1. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans the illuminated signage and lighting shall be statically lit only. The reason for the condtion is:- To ensure that the method and means of illiumination enhances and not detracts from the appearance of the Listed Building and the nearby Conservation Area in accordance with the aims of Policy BNV6,BNV10 and BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough- Wide Local Plan 2001. |
