| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The materials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby approved shall match those used in the external surfaces of the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To maintain consistency of materials and the appearance of the dwelling in accordance with the aims of Policy H11of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
