| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The conservatory hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the "base plan" and "section of base" submitted with the application and the revised drawing of the elevations received by the Local Planning Authority on 30th April 2002.
