1.	Policy HOU10 of the Adopted version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan states that permission for new dwellings in the countryside will only be given if required in connection with agriculture, forestry, organised recreation or the expansion of existing institutions. Criterion ix of the policy states that in any case where removal of the occupancy condition is sought the dwelling must have been actively advertised for a period of not less than twelve months at a price which reflects the occupancy condition. In this case no evidence of such advertising has been submitted to support the application and the proposal is therefore contrary to the above mentioned policy.
