| 1. | The maximum luminance of the signs shall not exceed the following values :- Fascia sign - 800 cd/m2. Projecting sign - 1000 cd/m2 Lobby sign - 1000 cd/m2 The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users |
| 2. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- a) The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. |
