| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No spraying operations of any kind shall take place outside the buildings shown for that purpose on the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent injury to the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
