| 1. | The development in so far as it relates the siting of the pillars shall be carried out in accordance with the revised details received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd May 2002.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The public information pillars shall only be placed on sites hereby permitted during the period 1st June to 30th September in any year.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the development takes place in manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 3. | A minimum horizontal clearance of2.44 metres shall be maintained between the proposed pillars and the edge of the highway carriageway.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety. |
