| 1. | The development in so far as it relates the siting of the pillars shall be carried out in accordance with the revised details received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd May 2002.

| 2. | The public information pillars hereby permitted shall only be located on the sites during the period 1st June to the 30th September in any year.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the development takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on ther grant of this permission taking into account statement made by the applicant. |
| 3. | The public information pillars shall be aligned with and positioned adjacent to existing street furniture and planters as indicated on the submitted details.
