| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th April 2002.

| 4. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | The dwelling shall not be occupied until the car parking spaces indicated on the approved drawing has been laid out, surfaced and drained and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles.
