1.	The proposal is in conflict with Policy INF6 (e) and with Policy INF7 of the Adopted Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in that the siting of the aerials and equipment cabinets on the roof of the building would give rise to visually intrusive features which would detract from the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. Futhermore, because of the close proximity of the proposed apparatus to the tower on the town wall, which is a Scheduled Ancient Monument, it is considered that the proposal would adversely affect the setting of the monument and would thereby be contrary to Policy BNV1 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
