| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The works shall be carried out restrictly in accordance with the submitted plans, specification and details set out in the applicants letter dated 25th Febuary 2002. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the works are carried out in a manner compatible with the Broads Authority guidance and in compliance with Policy C8 of the Broads Local Plan 19997. |
