| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

| 3. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) ramped approaches (ii) level standing at doorways (iii) flush thresholds (iv) wide (900mm) easy to open doors throughout new work and (v) w.c. to be arranged to Part 'M' Building Regulation Standard. The Chief Building Control Officer advises that the design of the mezzanine floor indicated on the submitted floor plan will require amendment as to means of escape. |
