| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The converted shop to be used as a garage and store shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with adjoining dwelling. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 3. | Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing details of the external alterations to the building to be used as a garage and store shall be submitted for the agreement of the Local Planning Authority and the works shall be completed in accordance with such details as may be approved unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- No details have been submitted as part of the application. |
