1.	Policy HOU 7 of the adopted version of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan seeks to ensure an adequate supply of appropriately located housing land whilst safeguarding the character and form of settlements. In this cas the erection on a terrace of four two-storey dwellings located to the south of the residential curtilage of 1A North Road close to the boundary will introduce an unneighbourly form of development which will result in an unacceptable degree of overshadowing and of overlooking from the proposed first floor windows contrary to the aims of criteria (A) & (E) of the policy. Moveover, no off-street parking facilities have been incorporated within the development in conflict with Policy TCM17.
