1.	If permitted the proposal would be likely to result in hazard and danger to users of the public highway in that it would involve commercial vehicles manoeuvring and reversing directly on to or off the public highway which would lead to vehicular conflict in close proximity to the junction of School Road and Acle New Road (A149) which is a heavily trafficked principal route and would thereby give rise to conditions detrimental to highway safety. The proposal is therefore in conflict with Policy TCM13 of the Adopted Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan the objective of which is to ensure that new development does not prejudice highway safety or the free flow of traffic.
