| 1. | No light source shall be directly visible to drivers of vehicles using the adjoining highway(s). The reason for the condition is:- To prevent glare or dazzle in the interests of highway safety. |
| 2. | The maximum luminance of each sign shall not exceed the following:- Drawing No.5467/102/C 2 No. internally illuminated signs and 1 No. externally illuminated sign = 400 cd/m2. Drawing No. 5467/122/C Item No.1 = 400cd/m2 and Item No.7 = 600cd/m2. The reason for the condition is:- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |
| 3. | The development in so far as it relates to the supporting structure for the signs shall be in accordance with the details submitted with the agents letter dated 8th April 2002. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the development takes place in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission. |
