| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

| 3. | 1. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :-
(i) ramped approach,
(ii) level standing at doorway,
(iii) flush threshold, and
(iv) wide (838mm) easy to open door. |
| 4. | 2. If it transpires that any part of the proposed extension/pitched roof, including the rainwater goods, would encroach upon or overhang the adjoining property, the consent of the owner(s) of that property must first be obtained. |
