1.	The proposed extensions are considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001 in that they are considered to have a significant adverse impact upon the residential amenity of the adjacent residential properties as a result of overlooking of the private rear garden areas and they will appear over dominant when veiwed from the adjacent property and be prejudicial to the appearance of the street scene because of the changing ground levels and related positions of the dwellings to one another.
