| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Unless otherwise stated on the approved drawings, the materials to be used in the construction of the external walls and roof of the extension shall match the finish used in the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure a properly planned development and one that matches the existing dwelling in accordance with Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Plan 2001. |
