1.	The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr J P and Mrs M F Gorman and shall be for a limited period being the period of one year from the date of this permission, or the period during which the premises are occupied by Mr J P and Mrs M F Gorman whichever is the shorter. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
2.	Within one month of the date of this permission, or within such longer period as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, there shall be erected a screen fence, or fences, to a height of 1.8 metres along the northern boundary of the site in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such fence, or fences, erected in accordance with the approved details shall thereafter remain in place during the period of use referred to in condition No. 1 above.
