| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The shop which is classified as A1 within the Town and Country (Use Classes) Order 1995, shall not be open to members of the public between the hours of 9pm to 7am without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenity of the area and for the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use. |
