No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 1209:2, received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th January 2002. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt, in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
3.No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as precise details of the materials have not been submitted.
4.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows or other openings, apart from those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed in the walls of the northern and southern elevations of the two-storey extension hereby permitted without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
