| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised Drawings Nos. FH-041-96-3A, 4A and 6A received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th January 2002. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a properly planned development. |
| 3. | The residential accommondation hereby approved shall not be occupied until the conversion work has beem completed in accordance with the approved plans. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that a satisfactory standard of accommdation is provided. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Environmental Health Officer has indicated that a refuse storage area must be provided which is capable of being easily cleaned and readily accessible to all occupiers. |
