1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant's attention is drawn to the following comments made by the Council's Environmental Health Officer :- a) The design specification of the platform should be calculated by a structural engineer to ensure that it is capable of supporting the likely load to be placed on it. b) A maximum load should be determined for the platform. c) The platform will need to be the subject of an annual structural check by a competent person. d) The floor surface should be finished so the it does not become slippery when wet.
