1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	No gate shall be hung so as to open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of pedestrian safety. Informative Note The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the public footway, where excavated to allow provision of boundary wall foundations, must be fully reinstated to the satisfaction of the Highway Authority Continued on next page.
