1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with adjoining dwelling. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
3.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 7th November 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
4.Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted details shall be submitted of a replacement means of enclosure to the front curtilage of the property and works in accordance with such details as may be approved shall be completed prior to the extensions hereby permitted first being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as the exisiting means of enclosure does have the benefit of planning permission.
