| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The east wall/fenestration of the conservatory hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the amended side elevation shown on Drawing No. 01/58/1A received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th December 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property. |
