1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted plans received on 15th October 2001 and agents letter dated 28th November 2001. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the residential amenity of the adjoining property in accordance with Policy HOU 18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001. |
3. | The southern side of the consevatory, adjacent to the neighours boundary ,shall incorporate obscure glazing above the height of the existing fence prior to the consevatory first being brought into use and shall be retained in that condition thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- As condition 2 above. |
