1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Concurrent with the installation of the replacement windows hereby permitted obscure film shall be applied to the inside of the glass as indicated on the amended plan submitted with the applicant's letter dated 3rd December 2001, and shall be retained as such thereafter. The type of film to be used shall accord with the sample submitted with that letter. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
