| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The car port hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until works for the disposal of surface water from the roof of the structure have been provided in accordance with the details indicated on the submitted plan.
