| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan and letter received by the Local Planning Authority on 12th December 2001, Drawings Nos.10F,11E, 12E and 14A.. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No work shall be undertaken on the site until details have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, of measures to be taken to protect the panelling. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the special architectural features of the building in accordance with Policy BNV 5 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001. |
