| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | A minimum clearance of two metres shall be maintained between the proposed village sign and the near edge of the existing highway with the sign being set back from the line of visibilty of the access driveway to Manor House.
