| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | None of the windows abutting the party wall along the nothern boundary of the site shall open outwards over the party wall. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property. |
