| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The widened vehicular access shall be constructed in accordance with the revised drawing No. 2001. 0810. 03A., and in accordance with the Norfolk County Council's residential access specification, before the premises are first brought into use. Any gate installed at the access shall be hung to open inwards only. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The repositioning of any street furniture necessitated by the development shall be carried out at the applicant's expense. Continued on next page. |
