1.	Within one month of the date of this permission the existing glazing units on the southern elevation of the consevatory shall be replaced with white solid plastic panelling and shall thereafter be maintained in this condition unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property.
