| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The accommodation / granny annexe hereby permitted shall only be occupied in association with and ancillary to Korna Cottage the adjacent dwelling, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling unit or let separately for holiday purposes without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | No part of the proposed structure may overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no gate may open outwards over highway land. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
