1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Please Note: The applicant is advised that the consent of the Environment Agency (Anglian Region) will be required under Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 for any discharge of effluent from the plant, and such consent is not implied by their observations to this application.The Environment Agency will require that a `Consentee` be dominated by the developer who would be legally responsible for the correct futre maintenance and discharge quality of any private treatment works.Please contact the Environment Agency for further details.
