| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 2. | Details of any means of enclosure to be erected around the site containing the kiosk shall first be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | Before any development is commenced a detailed scheme of hard and soft landscaping shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and all work shall be completed in accordance with the scheme as may be approved before the kiosk is first brought into use.

| 4. | Except for the purpose of deliveries, no parking of motor vehicles shall take place anywhere within the site.

a) The Chief Building Control Officer has advised that the proposed development will require approval under the Building Regulations.
b) The applicant is advised of the need to contact the Head of Environmental Health to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation relating to premises used for the sale of food. |
