1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted plans dated 16th July 2001 which incorporate a tile crease and constructed in soft red brick to match the existing building and clay pantiles; samples of both materials shall submitted to approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing, with the works being carried in the approved materials. Reason: To preserve and enhance the special architectural quality of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan adopted 2001.
