| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The pond shall be incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house, Woodside Farm and at no time shall the pond be used for business or commercial purposes without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the pond and to protect the residential and landscape amenity of the area in accordance with Policy TR26 of the Broads Authority Local Plan 1997. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is advised to excavate the pond and stock it in accordance with the letter from the Broads Authority Conservation Officer dated 23rd May 2001 (Copy attached) |
