| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan Drawing No.524/01C and letter received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th December 2001. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a alteration to this Listed Building in accordance with Policy B2 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
