1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The proposed building shall only be used as a loading bay in conjunction with the adjacent warehouse building and shall be kept available for the unloading of vehicles visiting the site and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the retention and availability of a service area to serve the devlopment.
