| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The bricks and tiles used on the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those in the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory external appearance of the dwelling in accordance with Policy Hou 18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Local Plan 2001. |
