| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The premises shall only be used for the sale and fitting of tyres, exhausts, batteries, brakes and servicing of motor vehicles only and shall not be used for any other purpose without the written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- The site lies outside any area allocated for retail sales in the Great Yarmouth Boroughwide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The applicants attention is drawn to the following note:- The Environment Agency advise all washdown and disinfectant waters shall be discharged to the foul sewer and any detergents entering oil separators may render them ineffective. |
