| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to any works commencing on the development hereby permitted being brought into use details shall be submitted of 12 addtional car parking spaces to be provided on the site and works in accordance with such details as may be approved shall be completed prior to the extension first being brought into use. The parking spaces shall therafter be kept available and free for the parking of staff cars. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of adequate parking to serve the proposed development. |

| 4. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) ramped approaches, (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, (iv) wide (900mm) easy to open doors throughout and (v) toilet 2m x 1.5 m for people with disabilities all to Part M of the Building Regulation standard |
