| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The vertical sign shall be erected in accordance with the letter dated 13th July 2001 setting out the amended dimensions of 4000mm. high, 2500mm. from the ground to the lower support, with lettering 350mm high and width of sign 650mm.; the remaining signs shall be in accordance with Drawing No.21/36123 B. Reason:In the interest of the visual amenity of the area. |
