| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The conservatory shall be constructed in accordance with amended Drawings Rev A A001- A002-A003. Reason:To preserve the appearance of the building inaccordance with Policy BNV7 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan adopted 2001. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding Condition 2 all other works hereby approved shall be carried out inaccordance with Drawings No.903.02B and 903.03A and the letter dated 15th June 2001, the outstanding details therein shall be submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the works commencing. Reason:To preserve the special architectural details of the building. |
