| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The double garage and store hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the access drive/turning head indicated on Drawing No. 599/98/8 has been drained and surfaced, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for the parking of vehicles off the highway and to enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The double garage and store shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
