| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The tables and chairs providing for a maximum of 12 persons shall be sited in accordance with the arrangements shown on the plan approved under application 06/99/0085/F and no table or chair shall be sited outside the area edged red on the plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The means of enclosure shown on the approved plan shall be placed along the north and west boundaries of the site when the tables and chairs are placed on the site. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of pedestrian safety. |
| 4. | No tables or chairs shall be placed outside the premises before 10 am. or after 4 pm. on any day except Sundays. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway and pedestrian safety as the traffic order banning vehicular movements in the Market area operates between the hours of 10 am. and 4 pm. |
