1.	The bungalow shall only be occupied during the period from 1st March in any year to 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the bungalow is not used as a permanent unit of residential accommodation. Furthermore, the site is within an area designated as "Prime Holiday Accommodation" in the Adopted Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan where the Local Planning Authority will resist any change of use to purposes which are not tourist related.
